Find me at THE MINDFUL LIVING SHOW LONDON 15 - 16 March 2019, Stand C5!

I will be running the 'Love is not a Cortisol' Workshop on Saturday, 16th March at 3:20pm.

In this Workshop you will learn how your body is changed by stress from my easy to understand 'Life Cycle' model of the nervous system. You will identify your main stress or pain and I will teach you some self help techniques to apply and take home with you for you and your loved ones. This workshop is from my One Day Retreats for Self Help Techniques covering PTSD, Trauma and Emotional Pain. Next date - Wednesday, 27th March, 10am - 5pm at Celtic Manor Resort, Newport, Wales. Please contact me for further information.

The Mindful Living Show comes to the Business Design Centre in London, on 15 – 16 March 2019, offering a unique opportunity to learn more about mindfulness and meditation.

With exclusive content for beginners and more experienced practitioners the event serves everyone whether a professional or a personal interest. This annual event looks at how mindfulness can benefit your life, health and work through live practice, study, fun and relaxation.

Now in its third year and with tickets from only £12.50, the growing spaces will welcome over 70 seminars and practice sessions led by leading authors, teachers and practitioners. The event will bring peace into the heart of London through its relaxing and inspirational feature areas which include 3 conference-style theatres, many features and experiential sessions.

• Zen Market Garden - relaxing and uplifting products and partners

• Creative Calm Space - interactive creativity & physical fun

• Physical Meditation Space – activities beyond mindfulness

• Demo Zone - meditative experiences from our exhibitors

• Quiet Space – for guided meditations and calm

• Mindful Minis – mindfulness for families and children

The latest feature - Mindful Minis - will give you and your children the opportunity to find out more about how to bring health and wellbeing to your whole family, with a range of experiential and fun sessions for children (and adults) to take part in. Children are welcome to attend these sessions with their parent or guardian present. This unique event will allow you to network and meet others in this community, pick up tips from the experts, further your practice or simply be introduced to the art of meditation and all it has to offer our health and well-being. Please note: children are welcome at The Mindful Living Show and there will be a range of appropriate sessions for children in the Mindful Minis and Creative Calm features. However, to preserve the calm atmosphere and due to the nature of the content within the theatres, these spaces are reserved for adults and children aged 12+ only. New for 2019! The event will run alongside 'The Sleep Show' offering visitors the chance to learn more about good sleep for a healthier and happier life. Tickets will give you access to both shows and all seminars at both events. Sign up to our newsletter or visit our website for more updates and information: Watch our video for an overview of the show.

Time for the mind.
